During the beta, Maqadi is free for every participating store. The plans below apply from launch. We will tell beta stores at least 30 days before any charge starts, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan in the app store.

All plans run on the same servers in Jeddah and use the same app. There is no commission on your orders: the money from your customers goes straight to your store through your own checkout.
What counts as an active subscriber
- One subscription of one customer counts as one active subscriber, whatever its frequency or number of products.
- Subscriptions that are paused or cancelled do not count.
- When you reach your plan's limit, the subscriptions you already have keep running; new customers can subscribe again once you upgrade or a place frees up.
Billing
- Prices are monthly, in Saudi riyals, excluding VAT.
- You choose, upgrade and cancel a plan on the app's page in the Salla App Store (and later the Zid App Market). The platform bills you; Maqadi never sees your payment details.
- Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. The details are in the terms.
