In beta · free for stores until launch
Maqadi turns your regular customers into subscribers. They choose how often, the order repeats automatically, and they pause, skip or cancel by themselves. For Salla and Zid stores, hosted in Saudi Arabia.
No new checkout and no new payment provider: Maqadi works inside your store and uses the payment methods you already have.
Add Maqadi to your Salla or Zid store with one click. Your products are read automatically.
Pick the products, how often they can be delivered (every week, two weeks or month) and the subscriber discount.
A “Subscribe and save” option appears on the product page. Every order after the first one is created on schedule.
The live demo runs in your browser with a sample coffee store. Click through what the customer sees and what you see.
No more reminding regular customers on WhatsApp. The order is created on time and lands in your usual order list.
See next week's and next month's orders in advance, and buy stock and coffee beans to match.
They change the date, the quantity or the product themselves. People keep a subscription they can easily pause.
The money goes straight to your store, through the payment methods you already use. Maqadi never touches it.
The customer saves the card at the first order; each renewal is charged by your Salla or Zid checkout, and the order and invoice are created as usual.
For customers who prefer not to save a card: Maqadi sends a link by email or WhatsApp, and the customer pays with any method your store accepts.
Which methods can be charged automatically depends on your store's payment setup. We confirm it for your store during the beta.
Customer data stays in the Kingdom, and the terms your customers see are fair and clear.
Maqadi runs on Oracle Cloud in the Jeddah region. Subscriptions, schedules and customer details are stored and processed only there.
Oracle Cloud, me-jeddah-1Cards are handled by your store's checkout. Maqadi keeps only a reference to the subscription, never a card number.
No card data, PDPLNo interest and no late fees: a failed payment is simply tried again or the order waits. Every rule is shown in Arabic before the customer subscribes.

Maqadi tries again on the following days and lets the customer know, without interest or late fees. You decide whether the order waits or is skipped.
Not automatically, because cash cannot be charged in advance. Such customers can receive a payment link before each order, or you can create the order for them as usual.
